Return & Refund Policy

At Neetrika, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Shipping Charges

We provide Free Forward Shipping on all orders.

However, reverse shipping (return pickup/shipping) is not free. Return shipping charges ranging from ₹66 to ₹130 will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method, bank account, or UPI.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at neetrikaofficial@gmail.com.

For damaged item claims, you must provide:

  • An unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened in one continuous shot without cuts or edits.

  • Clear images of the damaged product and packaging.

Eligible damaged items will qualify for a free return and full refund/replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Certain health and personal care products

  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Products showing obvious signs of use.

  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.

  • Products returned damaged due to customer handling.

  • Returns requested after the 7-day return period.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through:

  • Your original payment method, or

  • UPI / Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank.

  3. Allow additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at neetrikaofficial@gmail.com.

Gift Orders

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
